Golf Tournament for Mental Health Acceptance

$125 per person.  Entrance fee includes: greens fees, golf cart, bento, refreshments, and snacks.


Entry forms must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.

8 AM Tee Time, 

Shotgun Start,

2 person scramble. 

Handicap will be 20% of the team total

On course refreshments will be available

Mulligans will be available for purchase at registration
